We are a small advisory firm built around a simple observation: the organizations doing some of the most important work — NGOs, social enterprises, and early mission-driven startups — are also the ones least able to afford the rates of a traditional investment bank or consulting firm. We exist to change that equation.
Our work is limited to strategic advisory, financial modelling, research, and fundraising-readiness support. We do not provide M&A advisory, IPO advisory, capital-raising execution, or any other service that requires a financial licence. Where a client needs licensed activity carried out, that work is executed through appropriately registered professionals.
Every engagement is led by an advisor who owns the client relationship end-to-end. A disciplined analyst bench handles research, modelling, and materials under senior supervision. Nothing leaves the firm without a senior review. Clients get the perspective they need, without the overhead they don't.
